2. WhatsApp Messaging & Consent (Opt-In)

• Authorization: By providing your mobile phone number to Sohni Dharti during onboarding, ERP account setup, or by initiating a message to our WhatsApp business number, you authorize us to send you service-related, transactional, and informational messages via WhatsApp.
• Messaging Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your account activity, transactions, and support inquiries.
• Message and Data Rates: Standard mobile carrier message and data rates may apply to messages sent and received over WhatsApp.

3. How to Opt Out (Cancellation)

You may cancel or unsubscribe from Sohni Dharti WhatsApp notifications at any time:

• Reply “STOP”: Send the word “STOP”, “UNSUBSCRIBE”, or “OPT OUT” to our official WhatsApp Business number.
• Confirmation: After submitting an opt-out request, you will receive one final automated message confirming your unsubscribe status, after which no further automated notifications will be sent to your number.
• Re-subscription: To resume notifications, you may reply “START” or re-enable communications through your account settings or customer support.

4. Acceptable Use

When communicating with Sohni Dharti via WhatsApp or accessing our website and ERP channels, you agree not to:

• Send unlawful, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or fraudulent messages.
• Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to our ERP infrastructure, APIs, or messaging workflows.
• Violate the WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy or applicable local laws.

5. Intellectual Property

6. Limitation of Liability

• Service Availability: While we strive for reliable communication, Sohni Dharti is not responsible for delays, delivery failures, or interruptions in WhatsApp messaging caused by carrier network issues, Meta API downtimes, or internet connectivity outages.
• Disclaimer: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sohni Dharti shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of our website, ERP services, or WhatsApp communication channels.

7. Governing Law
